How do I send you my footage?
Upload it to Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or WeTransfer, then paste the link into our intake form. No special software is needed.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 1 to 2 weeks. Your project manager confirms the date before you commit. Rush delivery is available at +50% of the price.
How do revisions work?
Four rounds: one between you and us, then three for your couple. Notes go straight onto the frame in Frame.io. Bigger changes, like a new concept, are quoted separately.
Will my couple know you edited it?
No. Every film is delivered under your name with no S&D watermark or credit. We sign NDAs on request.
What if it is my first project with you?
On your first project with us, you only pay once you have seen and liked the first draft.
