This policy explains what personal information S&D Media collects, why, and what
your rights are. S&D Media is registered in the United Kingdom at 32 Hollywall
Lane, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 5PP.
What we collect
When you contact us. If you use a contact form, the chatbot, or email us, we
collect the name, email address, phone number and message you provide.
When you apply for a job. Our careers form collects the answers you give,
including your name, contact details and a link to your portfolio. We do not ask
for or store CV file uploads.
When you visit the site. Our hosting and CDN providers record standard server
information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. We also use the
Meta Pixel, which sets cookies to measure the performance of our advertising.
Client footage. Wedding footage sent to us for editing is processed solely to
produce the deliverables you have commissioned.

Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who
help us operate: our hosting provider, our content delivery network, and Meta for
advertising measurement. Client footage is not shared with anyone outside the
editing team working on your project.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and job applications are retained only as long as needed for the
purpose they were collected. Client footage is retained for the duration of the
project and a reasonable period afterwards for revisions, then deleted on request.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU you have the right to request a copy of the personal
information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or
