Terms of Service
The terms that apply to wedding video editing services provided by S&D Media to videographers and studios.
Last updated: July 2026
These terms apply to editing services provided by S&D Media, registered in the
United Kingdom at 32 Hollywall Lane, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 5PP.
The service
We provide wedding video post-production — editing, colour, audio and delivery —
to videographers and studios. We do not film weddings and we do not contract
directly with couples.
Projects and delivery
We confirm a delivery date when we accept a project. Our standard turnaround is
7 to 8 working days from receipt of complete, usable footage. Expedited work,
including 24 to 48 hour highlight delivery, is available subject to capacity.
Delivery times run from the point we receive all footage and the brief. Delays in
supplying material, or substantial changes to the brief after work has begun,
move the delivery date accordingly.
Revisions
Four rounds of revision are included: one internal alignment pass and three
rounds with you. Revisions cover changes within the scope of the original brief.
A change of direction — different music, a restructured story, additional
deliverables — is new work and is quoted separately.
Your material and your rights
You retain all rights in the footage you send us and in the finished films. We
claim no ownership of your work.
We will not publish, share or use your films for promotion without your explicit
permission. White-label clients are private by default.
Confidentiality
We treat footage and project details as confidential. We will sign a
non-disclosure agreement on request before any material is transferred.
Payment
Prices are as published on the site or as separately quoted. Payment terms are
agreed before work begins. Final deliverables are released on payment unless
otherwise agreed in writing.
Storage
We retain project files for a reasonable period after delivery to allow for
revisions. We are not a backup service — please keep your own copies of original
footage. We are not liable for loss of material you have not retained elsewhere.
Liability
Our liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid for that
project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of
profit or damage to reputation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
