White Label Wedding Video Editing
Your brand on every deliverable · NDA on request · Project files returned
White-label wedding video post-production for studios. No watermarks, no credits and no contact with your clients. The finished film arrives as yours. The same in-house editors on your account, working in DaVinci Resolve, delivered in whatever format you need.
Your brand, our edit suite
White-label means the work leaves our hands and arrives as yours. No watermark, no credit, no mention of us anywhere in the file, the folder structure or the delivery link. Your couple sees your studio. That is the whole point.
Plenty of studios are quietly uncomfortable about outsourcing because they think it means admitting they did not do the work. It does not. Architects use engineers. Agencies use retouchers. Nobody thinks less of a studio for having a post team, and most of your clients assume you already do.
What stays invisible
- No branding on deliverables. Files are named to your convention.
- No contact with your client. We work with you, never around you.
- No credit requested. We will not ask to feature the film, tag the couple, or add it to our portfolio unless you specifically offer.
- NDA on request. If you want it in writing before sending a single frame, ask and we will sign.
The software question, answered honestly
We edit in DaVinci Resolve, and only in DaVinci Resolve. The whole team, every project.
That is a deliberate choice rather than a limitation we are working around. One program across nine editors is the reason your films stay consistent when different people touch them across a season, and it means the colour work happens in the tool built for it instead of as an afterthought at the end.
You get the finished film in whatever format you need. If you want the project itself, we return the Resolve project with its assets, so a late change from your couple can be handled on your own machine. Two things worth knowing: some of the plugins we use are paid, so you would need your own licences for those, and for most studios the rendered master is all they ever actually use.
The same editors, every time
For studios sending regular volume we assign the same editors to your account, and at steady volume a dedicated editor usually works out cheaper still. They learn your pacing, your music choices, and how long you like to hold a shot before cutting. After three or four weddings the briefs get shorter, because they already know.
Consistency is the actual product
The risk in outsourcing is not quality on any single film. It is variance: excellent, then average, then excellent again, with your reputation absorbing the difference.
Nine full-time in-house editors is the answer to that. Not a marketplace where a different stranger picks up each job. The same team, employed, trained on your style, and accountable for the result.
Scaling through peak season
The point of a white-label partner is that your capacity stops being a function of how many hours you personally have.
Book the weddings. Send the footage. Deliver on time, under your brand, at a volume you could not physically edit yourself. Highlight films, teasers and full-length films are all priced per film. Standard turnaround is 7 to 8 working days. When something genuinely has to jump the queue, expedited delivery in 48 to 72 hours is available at +50%. We charge for it because it displaces somebody else's work.
Getting started
Send one wedding. No contract, no minimum, and no onboarding call unless you want one. Judge the result and decide from there.
If you have not worked with us before we will do a sample edit after a short call, and first-time clients can split payment 50/50 rather than paying up front.
Common questions
Will my client know the editing was outsourced?
Not from anything we produce. No watermarks, no credits, no branding in the files or folder names, and we never contact your client. The delivery is entirely yours.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, on request, before you send any footage.
Do you post our films on your own portfolio or social media?
Not unless you explicitly offer. White-label clients are private by default.
Do I get the project file, not just the export?
Yes, if you want it: the DaVinci Resolve project with its assets, so a late change can be handled on your own machine. Some plugins we use are paid, so you would need your own licences for those. For most studios the rendered master is all they ever use.
Will the same editor work on all my weddings?
For regular clients, yes. A consistent editor learns your style, which makes briefs shorter and results more predictable.
What editing software do you use?
DaVinci Resolve, exclusively, across the whole team. You get the finished film in whatever format you need, and the Resolve project with its assets if you want it. Some of the plugins we use are paid, so you would need your own licences for those.
How do you keep quality consistent across films?
Nine full-time in-house editors rather than a freelance marketplace, plus an internal alignment pass on every film before it reaches you.
Is there a minimum volume or a contract?
No. Most studios start with a single wedding to see whether the fit is right.
How fast is the turnaround?
Standard turnaround is 7 to 8 working days. If you have a date you have to hit, tell us before you commit and we will confirm whether we can make it. Expedited delivery in 48 to 72 hours is available at +50% of the project price.
