Most outsourced editing runs on a three-to-four week standard, with a surcharge
if you want it faster. We think that gets the incentive backwards. Speed is the
reason you outsourced in the first place, so it should not be the upsell.
How it works
- Send the footage. Upload straight through our portal. Large files are
fine — the upload path is built for multi-hundred-gigabyte weddings. - Tell us what you want. A short brief, a reference film, or your usual
house style if we have worked together before. - We edit. Assembly, story structure, colour, audio, music sync.
- You review. Four rounds of revisions are included as standard: one
internal alignment pass and three rounds with you. - You deliver. Final files in the formats you need, under your name.

Most editors include two or three. We include four, structured deliberately: the
first is an internal alignment pass where we check the cut against your brief
before you ever see it, so your first look is already close.
The remaining three are yours. In practice most films are signed off inside two.

How long does it take?
Seven to eight working days as standard. During peak season we can turn highlight films around in 24 to 48 hours when you need something quickly. We give you a delivery date when we accept the project, and we hit it.
Do you shoot weddings too? Will you compete with me?
No. We are a post-production company only. We do not film weddings and we do not sell to couples. Your clients stay your clients.
How do I send you 400 GB of footage?
Through our upload portal, which is built specifically for large wedding files. There is no 100 MB or 2 GB ceiling to work around.
How many revisions are included?
Four rounds. One is an internal alignment pass before you see the cut, so your first review is already close to final. The other three are yours. Most films are approved within two.
Will the edit match my style?
Yes. Send a reference film or a previous edit of your own and we cut to it. For regular clients we build a house style so you stop having to explain it.
What software do you work in?
Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro. Tell us what you use and we will match it.
Can I get the project files back?
Yes. Ask and we will return the editable project alongside the exports.
What does it cost?
A full wedding package is $650. Individual deliverables start at $70 for a social reel and $200 for a teaser. There are no subscriptions or minimums.
Do you work with videographers outside the UK?
Yes. Most of our clients are in the United States and Canada, and we work across UK time zones without difficulty.
