Everything wedding videographers usually ask before working with us.
Yes. Around 90% of our clients shoot in S-Log or C-Log, so we work with it every day. It's also part of why we use DaVinci Resolve, because its colour grading tools handle log and RAW footage far better than the alternatives.
Upload the raw footage to any cloud storage platform you already use (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or OneDrive) and send us the link. There's no special software to install and no file size limit to work around.
Yes. We can assign a single editor to your account so they learn your style and your briefs get shorter over time. For that to work well we need a heads-up on upcoming wedding dates, so we can keep them free for when your footage arrives.
Four in total. One is an internal round between us and you, the videographer, before anything reaches the couple. The remaining three are for the couple's feedback.
We keep the full project backup for 40 days after the project is finalised, in case you or the couple come back with changes. After that, the project data and project file are deleted.
Yes. Only our in-house editors ever touch your footage, with no freelancers or subcontractors, and they are not permitted to take project data home. We're also happy to sign an NDA before you send anything.
Once a project is in the pipeline and the footage has been downloaded, we can't refund work already underway. What we do offer is a refund even after the first draft has been delivered if you're genuinely not happy with what we've produced.
A highlight film usually takes around 3–4 days of editing. We always confirm an expected delivery date before taking the order, because we're a small team and workload varies. We'd rather give you a date we can actually hit than a number that sounds good.
A teaser is a quick recap of around one minute. A highlight film covers the whole event in roughly 4–8 minutes. A full length film documents the day in detail and typically runs 30–60 minutes.
Yes. Weddings are usually shot on 2–4 cameras, and multicam is routine for us. We use Syncaila and similar tools to sync the angles, which makes the process straightforward.
Yes. Over the last three years we've worked across a wide range of styles, so analysing a reference film and reverse-engineering the pacing, cutting and grade is something we do regularly. Send us a previous edit of your own and we'll match it.
Only with videographers and studios. We need professionally shot footage to do our best work. If you're a couple looking for someone to film your wedding, get in touch anyway and we may be able to introduce you to one of the videographers we already work with. We won't point you somewhere we wouldn't go ourselves.
